Table of Contents License Agreement Program Credits Software Manual Accounting Software Exports The Accounting Software Data Export function allows you to export order data to Quickbooks or Peachtree readable files. Only orders that are marked as 'Complete' and have not already been exported will be exported to data files by this function. Before your perform an export to either Quickbooks or Peachtree readable files, ensure that you have adjusted the settings for the correct accounting software program. Adjusting your settings ensures that the correct accounts in your software are updated appropriately. After you perform the export, you will be prompted to download the export file. After you have downloaded the file, be sure to delete it from the server to ensure that users with access to your download area cannot retrieve your accounting information. A delete link is presented on the download page to make this easy for you. Upon installation, you should have set a username and password on the /ccp51/media/downloads directory and entered that username and password under the Global Settings | Manage Program Settings function using the Administrator Utility. The export file download links are password protected using this username/password combination. If the username/password combination does not work, you should make sure the username and password were set up correctly and entered correctly into the Administrator Utility. If your username and password do work properly, but you receive a File Not Found error when clicking a link for a file, the most likely cause for this is the /ccp51/media/downloads directory is not writable by the webserver. Check the permissions on that directory.
