File Management
 Each of the functions described is accessible under the File Utilities function.

File Upload

This software package contains a function for uploading files to the web server on which the program is running. Uploads can be done via FTP as well but using the file upload utility will ensure placement in the proper directory.

Under the File Utilities heading is the File Upload function. This function allows you to upload files one at a time to the web server and specify which type of file is being uploaded to ensure proper placement.

The types of files that can be uploaded to the server are:
  1. Image - Admin
  2. Image - Banner
  3. Image - Button
  4. Image - Product Extra Large
  5. Image - Product Detail
  6. Image - Category Product
  7. Image - Category Listing
  8. Image - Site
  9. Image - Store
  10. Image - Title
  11. Download - Master Copy
  12. Download - Sold Copies
Manage Files

This software package contains a function for managing files on the web server on which the program is running.

Under the File Utilities heading is the Manage Files function. This function allows you to manage files by viewing image files and deleting all available file types.

The types of files that can be managed are the same as the files that can be uploaded. Please refer to the list above for more info. While managing files, if you choose to manage an image file, you will have the ability to view as well as delete the file. Other file types give the delete option only.

Uploading and Managing Files Via FTP

If you have a large number of files to upload or manage, it may be easier and faster for you to manage those files via FTP. Presented below is a listing of the types of files to manage, and where to find them via FTP in your installation:
